Organizations achieving this licence display characteristics and demonstrate behaviours aligned with the highest expectations of governance, administration, infrastructure, and technical, support their PTSO and Canada Soccer Pathways and participate in the highest level of competition in Canada; the Canada Soccer Player Development Program.
