Marlene is a hard working player and she is very disciplined. She communicates well with her teammates.

Marlene has great stamina, pace, speed, as well as great determination.

She is one of the orginal players and has been with Vardar/Rush with full dedication. She had offers from many teams including OPDL teams, but decided to stay with Rush. Marlene is one of the best centre forwards in Ontario, which she proved at the Umbro Showcase Tournament when she scored five goals.
