May 30, 2018Rush Canada’s 2002 player, Juan Pablo Delgadillo, played up an age group with the Connecticut Rush Shoreline 2002 team at the 2018 Jefferson Cup last week.
Pablo played a total of 3 games tallying one win versus a team from Virginia and two ties versus teams from New York and Florida. He did well to adapt to the new environment and system by putting in some strong performances and logging a couple assists throughout the tournament.
Pablo’s Highlights from the Jefferson Cup
Like Pablo, Rush Canada Academy players are able to take advantage of the Rush Soccer Infrastructure. Programs like the Rush Select Program and Rush Player Loan Program allow our players to compete in some of the world’s most prestigious tournaments in the US and overseas.
Rush Select teams are comprised of top Rush players from across the country to attend various events on a yearly basis. Think of it as an all-star guest playing opportunity, but amplified. Learn more here or check out the Rush Select website.

- Coaching from top coaches around Rush Soccer
- Connect to Rush Select Program – College, which helps expose Rush Select Program players to college soccer programs around the United States
- Connect to the Rush Soccer scouting network, which is tied in with U-16 & U-18 US Soccer Development Academy at Colorado Rush, guest playing opportunities at other Rush clubs, and professional playing opportunities
Later this month, Pablo will attend the Puma Showcase in Cincinnati through the Rush Select Program.
