Last month, our 2006 boys played in the prestigious Pacesetter Invitational Tournament in Ohio against some of the top teams in the region and managed to win the tournament. Only a few weeks later, our boys showed great poise and consistency by managing to win the highly rated EDP Summer Classic Tournament.

This event featured many of the top teams from the New Jersey and New York region, including a US Top 50 Ranked team. Furthermore, this was our teams first time competing in an 11-a-side tournament. However, the boys were very disciplined and didn’t require much time to adjust to the larger field and the new formation. They managed to play with style and dominate and win all four games they played in and eventually went on to finish first place in their group with 12 points, 14 goals scored, and only 2 goals allowed (in four games).
