It is a great honour to be selected to represent your club for Rush Select. Rush Select teams are comprised of top Rush players from across the country chosen to attend various events on a yearly basis. Think of it as an all-star guest playing opportunity – but amplified. The chosen players are selected to represent their respective age group from a pool of almost 100K Rush players globally. In 2016 alone, Rush Canada had a number of players from multiple age groups chosen to play for their respective Rush Select team. The selected players travel the world and participate in top-tier tournaments in Europe, America, and beyond.

Five of our 2001 girls have been invited to represent Rush Select at the prestigious Presidents Day Tournament in Phoenix, Arizona. Sabrina Graziano (goalkeeper), Nevada Feasby (defender/midfielder), Megan Howell (midfielder/defender), Alena Spehar (forward/midfielder), Marlene Siwula (forward) have been invited to play at Presidents Day Tournament – one of the top tournaments in North America consisting of some of the most competitive teams and hundreds of college coaches and scouts alike. Rush Select teams have traditionally performed at this tournament and have been champions in multiple age groups in the past years. We are looking forward to seeing more of our players participating in top Rush Selections for their age groups and building positive new experiences that will be transferred to their teammates upon their return.
