Get ready for our 6-week Fall Edition of the Train @ Home Program starting on August 23rd! Use it to complement your on the field training to improve your skills, fitness, game understanding, and mental toughness. Get BETTER, FITTER, SMARTER, TOUGHER and BRAVER! Every training category will give you a six weeks challenge to become a better player, and you’ll be able to measure it. Are you ready for this challenge?
TRAIN @ HOME PROGRAM – HOW IT WORKS?
Our train at home program is easy, FREE, and fully adapted to complement your on season training or off season break! All you have to do is SIGN UP and you will receive updates of new sessions, winners of the week and news to keep you on track to be BETTER, FITTER, SMARTER, TOUGHER, and BRAVER.
Players are encouraged not only to complete their training but also send us their videos and assignments. Every week we’ll be picking winners, sending feedback, awards, and featuring videos in Rush Soccer’s Social Media.
Our Training Program is divided in five age groups and five training tracks, so that every session and assignment is specific for any level and age, while is still fully organized for every player to continue to challenge himself/herself and move up and down levels.
